- Invoices grouped by how overdue they are, so what needs attention first is obvious at a glance.
- Cash-flow forecast
- A rough forecast of when your outstanding invoices are likely to get paid, based on each client's own payment history.
- Today's briefing
- Up to three invoices Tactly thinks need a reminder today, each with a one-line reason why.
- Batch draft
- Draft reminders for every overdue invoice at once instead of opening them one by one.
- Quick Add
- Snap a photo of a paper invoice or describe one out loud — Tactly pre-fills the form for you to confirm before saving.
Inside an invoice
- Tone Dial
- Friendly, firm, or final — Tactly suggests one based on how overdue the invoice is, but you can always override it.
- Generate
- Writes two draft variants plus a one-line rationale for the tone picked. Copy whichever you prefer and send it from your own inbox — nothing sends automatically.
- Suggest a date
- Proposes a sensible follow-up date based on how long this specific client has taken to pay in the past.
- Got a reply? Analyze it
- Paste what a client wrote back and get its tone read, plus a suggested next tone to use.

- Each client's average days-late, so you know who tends to need a firmer nudge before you even start drafting.

- Signature & payment instructions
- Used to close out every draft. A banner nudges you to fill these in before your first send if they're still empty.
