The short version
Tactly drafts reminder emails for you to review and send yourself. We don’t send anything on your behalf, and you’re responsible for what you actually send to your clients.
Acceptable use
Use Tactly to follow up on real invoices for real work. Don’t use it to threaten, harass, or misrepresent debts that aren’t owed, or to send drafts you haven’t reviewed for accuracy.
The free and paid tiers
The free tier includes unlimited invoice tracking and 3 AI-drafted reminders per browser session. Paid tiers, when available, will be described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
No guarantees
Tactly is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee that a reminder will get a client to pay, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your data
See the Privacy Policy for what’s stored locally versus sent to generate a draft. You can clear your invoices at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
